Do all artworks come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. Every artwork is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity issued by the artist or the Aboriginal-owned community art centre it comes from.

Are the colours shown online accurate?

We photograph artworks carefully, but colours may vary slightly between screens. If colour accuracy is essential, we invite you to request additional photographs or a short video.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs include professional packing, freight and insurance. Costs are calculated at checkout or provided upon request for international deliveries.

Is my artwork insured during shipping?

Yes. All artworks are shipped with full insurance and tracking.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally on request. Customs duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

What if the artwork arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the artwork and packaging. We will assist with an insurance claim and guide you through the process.

What is your return policy?

Refunds are issued where the painting or item arrived has arrived damaged in transit.  If this occurs you need to photograph both the packaging and the painting/item and email it to us as soon as possible or within 48 hours.

Refunds are not issued if you change your mind.

Can I view artworks in person?

Yes. Outside exhibition periods we operate by appointment at our South Fremantle studio.

Can I receive help choosing an artwork?

Absolutely. We are always happy to provide advice, additional images, or discuss artworks in more detail to ensure you choose the right piece.

Can I pick up the painting in person?

Yes, if you are in the Perth metropolitan area, you can pick up the painting in person.  You also have the option of coming to view the painting prior to purchase.
