Our Online Sales Terms

Your Satisfaction Matters
Artitja Fine Art Gallery is committed to providing a high-quality and personalised service for all online buyers.  We  want every piece of art you buy to bring joy and inspiration and make every effort to present artworks accurately, with high-quality images and detailed descriptions

Colours may vary slightly depending on device screens so if you are unsure about the colour, detail, or size of a painting or crafted item, please give us a call—we’re happy to help you feel confident before you buy.

By purchasing an artwork through our website, you agree to the following terms.

Payment

Full payment is required at checkout.

We accept Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express and Bank Transfer:

Artworks are sent once payment is confirmed.

Refunds
Refunds are considered if the item has been damaged upon delivery. It is important that you contact the gallery as soon as possible, or within 48 hours by email or phone and include photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging.

**Please note – we are not required to provide a refund should you change your mind.

Availability & Pricing
We keep our website up to date as possible and all listed items are available and priced accurately.  Upon receiving your order we will respond promptly to confirm availability.

Timeframe

Your purchase will be sent within 2-4 days after payment is received.  If the works are showing in a current  exhibition they will be sent at the conclusion of the exhibition unless otherwise requested.

Currency & Taxes
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).  Artitja Fine Art Gallery works closely with remote community art centres and sells paintings to the public on behalf of the artists in which instance GST is not applicable.

For international orders, overseas buyers are responsible for any import duties and taxes determined by the destination country.

Shipping

Domestic shipping: Flat rate $30 (see below for conditions)

Please clearly nominate a delivery address, your email  and mobile number.

International shipping: cost depends on order and will be invoiced separately

Small pre-stretched paintings (size 30x30cm) ship on the frame; larger paintings are rolled in a tube

Paintings can be sent on the frame upon request, however packing and courier prices will need to be quoted.

Provenance documentation is included with your purchase.

We use trusted couriers and aim to dispatch quickly. Express shipping can be arranged for an extra cost.

Click and Collect

If you are in the Perth metropolitan area, you can make an appointment time to pick up your purchase.

Supporting Artists
Every artwork purchased directly supports First Nations artists and their communities. Payments are made to the artist’s art centre within two weeks of purchase, so your purchase helps keep culture and creativity alive.

Provenance & Certificates
Each piece comes with a signed gallery certificate and detailed art centre provenance documents, including the artist’s story and biography, so you know the journey behind the artwork. More about authenticity and provenance.

Privacy
Your personal information is safe with us. We never share it.

Gift Vouchers

  • Redeemable online or in-store
  • Valid for one year (or as agreed)
  • Must be presented at purchase; remaining credit can be used later
  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced, so keep your code safe
